About me

I’m Paulina—a wife, mother of two, psychologist, entrepreneur, life and nature lover, and passionate yogi with a deep commitment to wellness.

 

From a young age, I’ve embraced a holistic and wellness-focused lifestyle, always deeply aware of the harmony between my body and inner self. The profound sense of connection and the beauty of life in those moments inspired me. After experiencing how challenging it can be to regain that balance, I became dedicated to making this holistic approach a daily practice and sharing it with others. 

This journey has evolved into a more compassionate and loving way of living, allowing me to navigate life's ups and downs with greater awareness and the right tools. Yoga has been a profound support, helping me embody the lessons I’ve learned and deepen the connection between my mind, body, and soul. I see yoga as a powerful tool for self-discovery, offering a path to explore the wonders within ourselves through compassionate inquiry.

​I have been practicing and studying yoga for over eight years and teaching for five. My goal is to guide individuals in reconnecting with their inner power and uncovering the wisdom that resides within each of us.
